4 Day Work Week - Mon-Thurs

 

Starting Wage up to $24.00/hr with an additional shift differential.

 

Welder

Our Welders are responsible for aligning and fitting fabricated steel components per engineering drawings.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Read engineering drawings.
  • Set-up, run, and operate welding equipment.
  • Perform periodic quality checks.
  • Meet daily production goals.
  • Ability to use and read tape measure.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Repetitive use of hands to operate welding equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: Prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
  • Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:  Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday; will be required to lift between 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 90lbs occasionally; familiar with welding symbols.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Education: Technical Diploma in Welding
