Overview
We're hiring Production Supervisors for our precision manufacturing plant.
You'll run an entire production shift, building the schedule, setting manpower levels, and directing the floor through your team. This is a planning and people-leadership role, not a machine-operating one.
Your departments produce to global quality standards, and you'll own the ISO and QMS audits that prove it. You'll also take cost out through lean and 6 Sigma programs, working alongside engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance.
This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
Why Join Us
- Lead a full shift: Own production, scheduling, and staffing across your departments.
- Office-based leadership: Plan, schedule, and direct from the office, not the line.
