The Staff Pad has partnered with a rural critical access hospital in Alturas. CA, to hire a skilled CT Technologist, who is passionate about patient care, safety and high-quality diagnostics for their Hospital Radiology Team.

Reporting to the Radiology Manager, you will perform a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare professionals in a welcoming, community-oriented setting committed to quality care.

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Call | On-site

What You’ll Do

  • Perform CT imaging procedures following established safety protocols
  • Ensure patient safety by minimizing risks such as radiation exposure and other hazards
  • Prepare and educate patients prior to imaging procedures
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate quality assurance records in compliance with regulations

  • Valid CT Technologist certification and applicable state licensure
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care protocols
  • Ability to assess patient needs and communicate effectively with providers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Commitment to aseptic, safety, accuracy, and quality care
