Job Description:
One You Love Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to older adults and individuals who need assistance remaining safe and comfortable at home.
This role is ideal for caregivers looking for meaningful part-time work with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build trusted relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities May Include
- Â Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingÂ
- Â Providing mobility and transfer assistanceÂ
- Â Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydrationÂ
- Â Providing medication remindersÂ
- Â Completing light housekeeping and laundryÂ
- Â Assisting with errands and transportationÂ
- Â Providing companionship and meaningful engagementÂ
-  Following each client’s individualized care planÂ
- Â Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the officeÂ
- Â Completing required shift documentation accuratelyÂ
- Â Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentialityÂ
Qualifications
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the following before beginning client assignments:
- Â Current CNA license or Home Health Aide certificationÂ
- Â Level 2 AHCA background screening/fingerprintingÂ
- Â Current CPR certificationÂ
-  Alzheimer’s and Dementia trainingÂ
- Â HIV/AIDS trainingÂ
- Â OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens trainingÂ
Applicants should also:
- Â Be dependable and punctualÂ
- Â Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staffÂ
- Â Have reliable transportationÂ
-  Be comfortable working independently in clients’ homesÂ
- Â Demonstrate patience, compassion, and good judgmentÂ
- Â Be able to follow written care plans and agency policiesÂ
