Survival Flight is seeking highly motivated and professional applicants to join our dynamic team of Flight Nurses and Flight Paramedics.

Qualifications:

• Oklahoma RN with at least 3 years of experience in a busy ER or ICU
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• PHTLS or ITLS
• CFRN or CEN is a plus
• Maximum 230-pound weight limit
