If you have a background in daycare, preschool teaching, babysitting, caregiving, or home health, our fully paid training program is the perfect bridge into a rewarding healthcare field—no prior ABA experience required!
How We Invest in You
100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national exam within your first 8 weeks.
Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, giving you your evenings back (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
Guaranteed Growth & Semi-Annual Raises: Competitive starting rate with structured performance and compensation reviews every 6 months so your paycheck grows with your skills.
Strong Clinical Leadership: Work directly alongside experienced BCBAs in an energizing clinic setting (proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Michelle Kuhn).

What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and develop functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based, Compassionate Therapy: Prioritize child safety, comfort, and neurodiversity-affirming care in a playful, supportive environment.
Track Session Data: Use an iPad/tablet to log daily progress notes and real-time session data accurately.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Mindset: High energy, deep empathy, and a strong drive to support children with Autism. Backgrounds in childcare, preschool, nannying, caregiving, or healthcare support are a major plus!
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (ideal for recent grads or childcare workers seeking career advancement).
Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure safety throughout the clinic day.
