Responsibilities:

Assist Registered Nurse and physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients based on interpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, their families, and other members of immediate healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited LVN program

  • Valid LVN license in the state of Texas

  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • IV certification
