Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day laundromat operations including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain laundry equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
- Handle cash management, daily deposits
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Track inventory of supplies and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
Requirements:
- Prior management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic math and cash-handling experience
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues or coordinate with technicians
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
