We are seeking skilled and dedicated Padel Instructors in Ventura to join our dynamic platform. Whether you're a seasoned Padel coach or new to the Padel teacher profession, our flexible model allows you to set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with enthusiastic students ready to improve their performance.

Responsibilities

• Customized Padel Coaching: Deliver personalized training that meets each student's unique needs, including wall play, positioning, and shot selection.
• Skill Development: Craft lesson plans and training regimens that enhance Padel techniques, understanding, and confidence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Padel coach jobs, Padel instructor jobs, or similar Padel teacher roles.

• Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
