Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Pilates Instructors in Missouri City, TX to join our dynamic platform. Our flexible model lets you set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with motivated students ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Customized Pilates Coaching: Deliver personalized sessions that meet each student's unique needs and goals.
- Skill Development: Build progressions that improve technique, confidence, and results.
- Positive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and enjoyment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Pilates instruction experience (mat, reformer, or full apparatus).
- Comprehensive certification preferred (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana's/Classical, or Power Pilates) — not required.
- Strong command of the repertoire, breath and core engagement, and safe sequencing for all levels.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
