The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant. The AGM will lead, interview, select, direct, train and develop all Shift Managers, Team Trainers and Crew Members with the support of the GM or DM. The AGM will work with the GM or DM to establish store priorities; develop and execute store plans; implement actions plants to improve store ratings. The AGM will appropriately utilize the Customer Experience Playbook and will put emphasis on “Delight Every Customer”.


General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring People Excellence culture through developing crew members to maximize their contributions and future promotional opportunities by executing proper training and development through current systems and practices; utilizing ongoing systems for recruiting, developing and acknowledging store management and crew.


18 years of age or older

Able to stand for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours

Able to multi-task

Able to take and give direction

Work well in a team environment with strong Guest orientation focus

Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
