Get to Know Your Team:  

  • BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo’s preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Nuclear Medicine Studies
  • Performs daily QC on Nuclear Medicine equipment.
  • Assays and administers radiopharmaceuticals
  • Must adhere to Diagnostic Imaging policies and procedures
  • High accountability for patient safety
  • Must possess outstanding customer service skills
  • Must flex to accommodate volumes

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine.
  • Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT).
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists/Nuclear (ARRT(N)) and/or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) – if both are declared, both must be current.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience.
