How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through audits and warehouse management systems, helping maintain operational efficiency and product availability.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to support production schedules and customer service goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards.
- Train, coach, and direct warehouse team members to promote safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and process gaps to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment that supports operational excellence.

Operations run across day, evening, and overnight hours to keep production moving.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production needs.

What You Bring to the Team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Five or more years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within food manufacturing
- Two or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations, and food safety requirements
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with labor and materials management systems
- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequently stand, walk, sit, communicate, and work around moving equipment and industrial machinery.
- Use hands and fingers continuously to operate equipment, systems, and materials.
- Work in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions.
- Occasionally climb, balance, bend, stoop, push, pull, and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work both indoors and outdoors as business needs require.
