Job Title: Life Enrichment Associate


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Life Enrichment Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Memory Care Director and team in creating and implementing a variety of activities and events aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role is essential in fostering connections among residents and between residents and the community, while promoting overall well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Memory Care Director and team to plan and execute engaging activities and events.

- Facilitate resident participation in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement.

- Assist in the development of programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of residents.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvements.

- Maintain a positive and supportive environment that encourages resident engagement and well-being.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to life enrichment.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in event planning or recreational programming is a plus.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents.
