Job Title: Cook for Senior Living Community

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at our Senior Living Community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious and nutritious meals for our residents while adhering to all dietary restrictions and guidelines. 

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals for residents in accordance with dietary restrictions and guidelines

- Ensure that all meals are nutritious, delicious, and visually appealing

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
