We’re seeking an experienced, values-aligned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help ensure long-term financial strength, operational sustainability, and responsible stewardship.

 

The CFO serves as a strategic financial leader and trusted advisor to the President & CEO and Board of Directors.  Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO will oversee all financial planning and reporting functions, develop senior housing management and coordinate activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and real estate purchases, and guide the organization’s budgeting, insurance, risk management, and capital strategy.  The position also supervises the finance department, management information systems department (MIS), Contract Management.

 

The successful candidate should possess a BA or BS in Administration, Finance, or Accounting, eight (8) years’ of increasingly responsible experience in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of four years’ experience at the managerial level, and at least three (3) years’ experience in health care accounting, senior living preferred.
