Cold Production Cook

We are currently seeking a Full Time Cold Production Cook to join our enthusiastic team at Artman!

Key job responsibilities include:

• This position is responsible for preparing hot and cold food items using a variety of production tools, techniques, and equipment.
• Prepare all food indicated by the production sheets according to recipe and standards.
• Prepare all required food on time for each meal period.
• Execute cooking methods including baking, grilling, roasting and sauté.
• Incorporate food safety fundamentals into daily job functions.
• Has a working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment, (oven, fryer, char grill and flat top griddle).

Shift Available: 

• Full-Time  11:00am-7:00pm including every other weekend.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, or high volume restaurant.
