Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Mechanic to join our enthusiastic team at Artman!

Key job responsibilities include:

• Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operations in a continuing care community.  Work will involve alterations and construction.

• Isolate defects in wiring, switches, motors and other electrical equipment using testing equipment such as amp meters, ohm meters, volt meters, etc.,
• Demo and install kitchen cabinets, hot water heaters, and garbage disposals as needed.

Shift Available: 

• Full-Time  8:00am-4:30pm with on call every four weeks

Education and Experience:

• Trade or vocational school graduate.
• Completed four year apprenticeship or equivalent experience and two years’ commercial experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License
