Sous Chef - Independent Living Community


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at an independent living community. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and presenting daily menus that meet nutritional standards and accommodate residents' dietary needs

- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
