Production Operator - 2nd/3rd shift

We are looking for 2nd and 3rd shift Production Operators to join our team to aid in the manufacturing of food/bevereage ingredients. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility while making a competitive wage. This could include cooking, mixing, packaging, or stacking our products. Compensation ranges from $25.37 - $29.21 per hour, depending on the role and shift. 

What you’ll do:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation
• Read and follow detailed recipe cards, work instructions, and batch records
• Load ingredients, package, and palletize finished product
• Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleans
• Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant, with on-site training provided
• Maintain and clean workspace to comply with company and government policy 

What you’ll bring: 

• Willingness to work OT, including Saturdays as your 6th day of work in the week
• Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
• Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
• Desire to continually learn and improve production processes
• Knowledge of safety and quality guidelines with previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry preferred

Pay Range: 

The hourly rate for this position is $25.37 - $29.21 per hour USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
