We are looking for a Production Operator 2nd shift to join our team to be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility all while making a competitive wage and receiving support from your community of compassionate leaders.

What you’ll do:

Learning a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week
Reading and following detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products
Operating a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed
Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policy

What you’ll bring:

Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
Ability to read, write with desire to continually learn and improve
Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guideline with previous experience in plant production sites with added plus of exposure to food industry

Pay Range:

The hourly rate for this position is $25.37 per hour USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
