2nd shift Supervisor Operations

We are looking for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for the supervision of all operations at the Amboy facility during your assigned shift.The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with overtime as required by business needs.

• Foster a safe workplace by enforcing safety regulations and providing thorough training to enhance employee understanding of safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Ensure efficient use of staff and equipment to meet production goals and uphold product quality standards.
• Lead and develop the team in a professional environment.

Wage Range: 

The salary range for this position is $69,550 to $90,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
