What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities: ✅ Build independence and life skills ✅ Achieve personal goals and celebrate successes ✅ Participate in community activities and social events ✅ Manage healthcare needs and daily routines ✅ Explore hobbies, interests, and recreational opportunities ✅ Live meaningful, fulfilling lives on their own terms No two days are the same—and that's what makes this role so rewarding! ⏰ Available Schedules Part-Time (20 Hours/Week) Sunday: 5pm-11pm  Thursday: 3pm-9pm  Friday: 3pm-11pm Full-Time (Shared with Day Program) Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Full-Time (32 Hours/Week) Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sunday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Sunday: 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00PM Why Become a DSP?
