The Role

As a key member of the team, serving as an Account Executive at Springbrook, you are the bridge between a community's challenges and the technology that solves them. You don't just close deals; you enable a small-town Clerk-Treasurer to finally automate payroll, a City Manager to balance a multi-million-dollar budget with AI precision, and a local family to pay their utility bill from their phone. Your success directly translates into more efficient, transparent, and resilient local governments across North America.

The AE "hunter" role responsible for driving New Logo growth and optimizing revenue within an assigned Small/Medium Government Agency territory. This individual will own the end-to-end sales cycle-from thoughtful prospecting and pipeline development to complex contract negotiation and closing.

Springbrook is seeking a disciplined, results-oriented sales professional who can navigate the complexities of public sector procurement while maintaining the operational rigor required in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

New Logo Acquisition

  • Drive aggressive new logo growth by identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers within prospect organizations.
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycles (6–12 months), utilizing discovery to establish compelling business consequences and buying criteria.
  • Lead prospect meetings, including tailored solution demonstrations and formal proposals that translate Springbrook's products into mission-critical solutions.

Pipeline & CRM Rigor/Discipline

  • Build and maintain a robust rolling 12-month pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and lead nurturing to achieve quarterly and annual booking targets.
  • Maintain "PE-grade" CRM hygiene within Salesforce, accurately recording all activities, tasks, and opportunity stages for reliable forecasting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional sales activities involving Sales Engineering, Product, Finance, and Executive leadership to drive deals forward.

Market Engagement & Enablement

  • Support Regional and National trade shows, industry events, and direct marketing campaigns to increase brand penetration.
  • Provide proactive field feedback to the Product and Leadership teams regarding competitive differentiation and market trends.
  • Navigate formal public sector procurement processes, including high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs.
