This is an entry level role into the HVAC commercial design business. It is focused on the initial side of the project management relationship, where this individual will learn basic technical concepts and HVAC systems, as well as perform basic tasking in multiple programs. A great attitude and strong attendance record are key.
Establish and maintain positive rapport with customers by providing prompt and courteous service. Effectively work together with fellow inside and outside sales to ensure continuity of customer service.
Provide accurate price points from Company computer database and from price requests form APS vendors.
Advise customers on substitution or modification of related items and product application information.
Consistent and timely follow-up with customers and sales consultants with accurate quotes and product information.
Remain current and knowledgeable about products and services offered at APS. Advise customers using technical knowledge and manufacturers’ catalogs. Determine proper price classifications, prepare sales invoices utilizing Company computer database.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Inside Sales Representative or HVAC counter sales experience.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.Â
