Elevate at 620- Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties

Assist with maintenance improvement projects
Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
Perform work order requests
Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (off Sunday and Monday)

Requirements

Maintenance technician skills:

Home repair or handyman skills
Experience with painting
Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
Basic computer skills
Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies

Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
