Supervises the sewing production of garments and temple clothing. Prioritizes and directs department resources using: process improvement, performance management and accountability, team building, self-directed problem solving, process mapping, goal setting, workload balancing, motivation and recognition. Ensures that the organization's mission, objectives and goals are accomplished by meeting the business plan for quality, production and cost efficiency.
