Associate QA Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires you to be in office 5 days a week.

The Associate QA Engineer position will be responsible for providing technical, quality, and customer-centric leadership to the software development process. Candidates should be proficient in both manual and automation testing methodologies. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web applications, mobile applications, and other software products to ensure they meet quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advocate for quality, automation, security, long-term efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience;
• Plan, build, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests;
• Evaluate and collaborate on software designs;
• Coordinate and collaborate with Developers, Product Management, Support, and other QA Engineers;
• Use data and Domo to continuously improve processes and outcomes;
• Review feature and automated test code;
• Think critically and solve problems;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of hands-on Test & Q/A Automation engineering experience in an enterprise software environment;
• Experience with at least one programming language is required. Java, Python, and JavaScript preferred;
• Experience working with data in relational and/or NoSQL databases strongly preferred;
• Experience with continuous integration testing, tools, and frameworks preferred;
• Strong familiarity with standard concepts and technologies used in web-based applications and testing web-based applications;
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
• Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile product development environment;
• Experience in working effectively under tight production schedules and deadlines;
• Experience implementing new technologies/methods;
• Experience with these testing tools is preferable: Jira, Selenium/Playwright, Python, JUnit, JMeter, Postman, Jenkins, Testrail;
