15 shifts/month (total of 180 hours) with flexibility to work extra shifts at $200/hour
Only 173 shifts/year required; 7 shifts allowed as PTO or extra pay
Open ICU with optional procedures and 24/7 telehealth support from board-certified critical care physicians
No APP supervision required during night shifts
Collaborative and collegial environment:
Small hospital: 75 beds, all private rooms
Follow patients from admission to discharge with a team of 3 - 4 hospitalists during the day (patient load of 15-18)
Support from cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, nephrology, pulmonology, hematology/oncology
