Job Description:Â
- Handle all duties and tasks for two or more apartment communities Â
- Successfully train and manage the leasing teamÂ
- Lead leasing team in sales effortsÂ
- Direct leasing team in external marketing and advertising effortsÂ
- Develop and successfully execute marketing plansÂ
- Provide exceptional customer service to the community members and future community membersÂ
- Assist in completing market surveys as neededÂ
- Show, lease, and move in prospective community membersÂ
- Update unit availability dailyÂ
- Process rental applicationsÂ
- Process maintenance requestsÂ
- Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standardsÂ
- Clerical and phone supportÂ
- Maintain all community members’ files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentationÂ
- Inspected all apartment homes to ensure all are move-in ready to Trinity’s standards prior to move-inÂ
- Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to SupervisorÂ
- Conduct community members’ move-out unit walks as neededÂ
- Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor Â

Marketing and Advertising:Â
- Extensive knowledge in social mediaÂ
- Excellent leasing and closing skills Â
Computer Skills:Â Â
- Intermediate computer and internet knowledgeÂ
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookÂ
- Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check Â
Learning and Development:Â
- Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programsÂ
Education:Â
- High school education or equivalent is requiredÂ
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredÂ
- Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions Â
Professional Experience:Â Â
- Minimum of two year as a leasing consultant in the Multi-family IndustryÂ
- Minimum of one year in a management position related to marketing and/or advertising in the Multi-family industry or related fieldÂ
Special Requirements:Â
Physical Demands:Â Â
- The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed. Â
Attendance/Travel:Â Â
- This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required.Â
