Responsibilities

• Hiring Immediately - Competitive pay & great benefits

• Leverage knowledge and experience within the automotive industry to deliver exceptional oil change and preventative maintenance services
• Make recommendations for additional services based on a detailed inspection
• Utilize automotive knowledge to train and set the pace for new/less experienced technicians
• Assist store management with recruiting and scheduling of resources
• Address customer concerns and warranty issues
• Willingness to assume progressive levels of leadership within the organization

Experience

• 2+ years of proven work experience within the automotive/quick lube industry
• Retail and/or Customer Service experience preferred
• Proficient with computers and technology
• Education - High school diploma, minimum

Competencies

• Extensive knowledge of vehicles, required services, tools, etc.
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, engaging demeanor
• Adaptable to various positions (i.e. cashier, automotive tech, leadership)
