Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and driven Hiring Coordinator to help us recruit exceptional caregivers who provide compassionate care throughout Franklin County!

For over 22 years, Guardian Angel Senior Services has remained a family-owned home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We believe our caregivers are the heart of everything we do-and we're looking for someone passionate about finding the very best talent to join our team.

What You'll Do

As our Hiring Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building our caregiver workforce by:

• Recruiting and interviewing caregiver candidates
• Creating and managing online job advertisements
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community events
• Conducting phone screens and interviews
• Coordinating orientations and onboarding new hires
• Completing applicant screenings and employment verifications
• Entering new hire information accurately into company systems
• Partnering with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needs
• Achieving weekly hiring and recruiting goals

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

• Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated
• Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and confident using computers, social media, and employment websites
• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Recruitment, staffing, HR, or home care experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)

Please note: This position requires frequent phone communication, computer work, and consistent follow-up with applicants.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Full-Time | Exempt
