Join one of Western New York's largest commercial real estate owners and work on a portfolio of office, medical, retail, hospitality, and residential properties.
This is not a residential service position. You'll work on the same portfolio of buildings-not driving from one customer emergency to another. You'll get to know our properties, build relationships with tenants and coworkers, and take pride in maintaining buildings for the long term.

What You'll Do:
- Perform carpentry, repairs, and renovations throughout our commercial portfolio.
- Complete general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and drywall repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine building inspections.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot building issues.
- Maintain work orders and communicate repair recommendations.
- Work independently and with outside contractors on larger projects.
We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial, industrial, hospitality, institutional, or multi-family property maintenance
- Carpentry, drywall, framing, doors, windows, and finish work
- Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
- Preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- General construction or remodeling
You'll also need:
- A valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
- A commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices

Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent lifting of 50 pounds or more and the ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
