Line cook position details: We are hiring a Full Time (37.5 hours/week) line cook. Shifts vary, with closing time between 7:30pm and 8pm each night. Weekend availability is required.   Line cook job duties include: Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus. Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus. Prepare and serve alternative menu items as needed. Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties, etc. Assist in serving meals, as necessary, and on a timely basis.
