We're looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to coach, support, and lead our Inside Sales team in a fast-paced office environment. Location: Amherst, NY (In Person)

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Flexible scheduling
• Core hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales (full-cycle) Representatives & Appointment Setters (3rd party sales)
• Coach employees on communication, sales and appointment-setting techniques
• Monitor daily performance and help the team meet goals
• Train and onboard new team members
• Foster a positive, engaged, uplifting, professional, and team-oriented work environment
• Work closely with management to improve team performance
• Lead by example through professionalism and strong communication

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
