LPN position details: We are hiring for a Regular Part Time (3 days/week) LPN position. The scheduled hours will be for the overnight shift, 11pm - 7am.   LPN job duties include: Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct care services. Maintain care records, resident files, and progress notes as required. Review resident care needs and physician’s orders. Perform nursing duties such as completing DSS forms, functional assessment service plans, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary. LPN benefits include: Health insurance available.
