Position Overview
As our Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our holistic medical and wellness practice.
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—creating a warm, welcoming experience while helping keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently.
This is more than a front desk role—it’s an opportunity to become an essential part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a calm, organized environment
- Schedule appointments across multiple wellness and medical services
- Answer and manage phone calls, texts, and patient communications
- Support patient follow-up, compliance, and reactivation efforts
- Assist with intake forms, charting, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate provider schedules and daily workflow
- Process payments and support overall patient experience
- Help improve systems, organization, and office efficiency
- Occasionally assist with social media or in-office wellness content

Preferred Experience
- Front desk, administrative, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Mindbody, Google Workspace, and Praxis EMR is a bonus but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills required
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time | Approximately 28 hours/week
- Starting at $18/hour based on experience

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
