What You'll Be Doing

· Help customers in English AND Spanish find the right parts — in person and by phone

· Provide accurate quotes, check inventory, and coordinate with our yard and warehouse teams

· Deliver outstanding customer service — every customer, every time

· Navigate inventory systems, POS software, and parts lookup tools

· Turn opportunities into sales and build lasting customer relationships

Requirements

· Speak Spanish and English fluently — this is a key part of the role

· Love helping customers solve problems

· Have experience in auto parts, repair, body shop, dealership, auction, or salvage — OR are eager to learn

 Requirements

· Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) — Required

· Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly

· Strong communication skills — phone skills are a must!

· Basic computer proficiency

· Ability to multitask and stay organized

Bonus Points (Not Required):

· Experience with recycled, reman, or aftermarket parts

· Background in collision, mechanical repair, or heavy equipment

· ASE certifications
