Job Summary: As a Donut Fryer, you will be at the heart of our grocery store's bakery, responsible for crafting delectable and freshly fried donuts. Your role involves skillfully preparing, frying, and finishing a variety of donuts to meet our quality standards. Join us in delighting our customers with the irresistible aroma and taste of perfectly fried donuts.

Examples of Duties:

• Prepare donut batter and follow recipes for various donut flavors and styles.
• Operate and maintain donut frying equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Monitor fry times and temperatures to achieve consistent and perfectly fried donuts.
• Glaze, fill, and decorate donuts according to established standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the fryer area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other bakery staff to coordinate production schedules and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist in general bakery operations, including customer service and cleanliness.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of donut frying equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of different donut varieties and flavors.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Skills:

• Proficiency in donut frying techniques and equipment operation.
• Attention to detail in ensuring donuts meet quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
