As a Team Lead in Account Management Strategy and Execution, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our account management team. You will lead a team focused on optimizing our account management processes, enhancing customer value, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and a passion for developing both people and processes. Responsibilities include contributing to the overall account management strategy, designing and implementing strategic programs and initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements, serving as a partner to leadership including projects and leadership off-sites, leading, mentoring, and coaching a small team of strategy & execution managers, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing, establishing and monitoring KPIs, developing and maintaining revenue forecasting models alongside Finance, driving headcount planning with leadership, streamlining workflows, leveraging technology, implementing automation, and partnering with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account management strategies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or related strategy and analytics role, 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. The role is full-time with a minimum of 40 hours/week, with some domestic and international travel required. There is a strong preference for the role to be based out of the San Francisco, New York, or Amsterdam offices.
