Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ well-being. Help with medication reminders and personal care routines. Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. Compassionate and patient approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently. Previous experience in assisted living or caregiving preferred but not required.
