What You’ll Do:

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations.
  • Monitor residents for side effects and changes in condition, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families, providing companionship and support.
  • Maintain accurate medication records and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) license in Washington State.
  • Completion of a Medication Technician training program .
  • A compassionate, patient attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is advantageous..
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements
