A comforting smile. A reassuring voice. A familiar face celebrating every tiny victory. The earliest years of life are filled with incredible growth, and we're looking for a Lead Teacher who understands just how meaningful those everyday moments really are.

At Whitney Campus, our Infant & Toddler Program is built on nurturing relationships, playful learning, and creating an environment where children feel safe to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace. Every interaction is an opportunity to build confidence, curiosity, and trust.

As the Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where learning happens through play, connection, and everyday experiences. You'll guide an Assistant Teacher, partner with families, and help shape an environment where children feel valued, supported, and excited to come each day.

We're looking for someone who leads with patience, celebrates progress over perfection, and understands that emotional development is just as important as cognitive growth. Someone who isn't afraid to sing a silly song, read the same favorite book for the tenth time, or cheer when a toddler proudly masters a brand-new skill.
