Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is hiring a Classroom Aide to join our Preschool Program at the Anacortes Family Center. Working alongside Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, the Assistant Club Director, and the Club Director, you'll help create a classroom where children feel safe to explore, build friendships, and discover new skills.

No two days look exactly alike. You might be reading a favorite story, helping with a hands-on science activity, encouraging children as they solve problems together, or celebrating a milestone they've been working hard to reach. Every interaction helps build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

We're looking for someone who is patient, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate understands that young children learn best when they feel supported, encouraged, and excited to participate. We're seeking someone who can commit to a Monday through Friday schedule and has the flexibility to support program needs throughout the week.

This position is part of a licensed program and requires meeting Washington DCYF standards, including background clearance and health requirements. Required training, such as CPR/First Aid and STARS, is provided if needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
