Job Profile SummaryThe BIM Senior Designer’s primary responsibility is to follow BIM standards on all related BIM projects, files and models across all of PBK’s offices. The Designer will perform all essential functions and responsibilities in accordance with the PBK’s values and commitment to client service.
Â
• Produce or create architectural drawings
• Produce or create architectural plan and detail sheets
• Review redlines and mark-ups and ensure all items have been picked up prior to any issuance
• Review the work of other BIM and drafting personnel to ensure accuracy and conformance to design requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, owners, etc. to resolve various coordination items as required throughout the life of the project
• Perform work assignments in accordance with the required project scope, timeline, and per all adopted BIM standards
Here's What You'll Need:
•10 years of experience in professional drafting
• Experience in structures for building
• Proficient in REVIT Structural, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. Â The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.
