Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join the Data, Power and Control team in Anaheim, CA. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting employees and leaders in the execution of HR strategies, programs, and processes that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.Â
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Â
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees to provide guidance on all HR policies, programs, and practicesÂ
• Support leaders with employee onboarding, employee relations, including coaching, investigations, and conflict resolutionÂ
• Administer and support leave of absence programs, benefits, HRIS updates, and employee data managementÂ
• Assist with performance management, employee development, and training initiativesÂ
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesÂ
• Support health and safety, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs Â
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace cultureÂ
• Act as a liaison between the site and Corporate HR to ensure alignment on programs and initiativesÂ
• Participate in HR projects and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and programsÂ
• Coordinate recruitment of hourly associates and serve as a liaison with staffing agenciesÂ
• Provide new hire orientation and support new employee assimilationÂ
• Maintain visibility on the manufacturing floor to build and maintain trust across shiftsÂ
• Other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Qualifications
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field is requiredÂ
Experience: Â 3+ years of HR experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environmentÂ
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Â
• Must have exceptional people skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organizationÂ
• Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize independentlyÂ
