Job DetailsJob Location: Anaheim, CA 92807Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st or 2nd ShiftBrief Description:    The Machine Operator Trainee is expected to learn to set up and produce product according to specifications, while continuously monitoring product quality, ensuring all production and specification requirements are met. The Trainee will learn to operate and monitor various machines in a production environment, including processing different jobs simultaneously and will also learn to do own set-ups within a reasonable amount of time. Trainees are expected to progress in knowledge, skill and ability to be promoted to Operator within a reasonable amount of time. Trainees will be assigned to one of the following departments, in which training will begin on the corresponding machines. Heading:      Nationals, Nakashimada, Okuma and Waterbury Secondary:    Saspi/Economy Pointer, Traub, Trimmer, etc. Thread Roll: Waterbury, Hartford, Reed Grind:            Cincinnati Centerless Grinder   QualificationsQualifications Willingness to accept constructive feedback and give 100% effort to learning process. High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education & experience. Ability to read and understand process instructions. Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions as well as verbal instructions. Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills including listening, speaking and writing. Ability to lift, push, carry up to 40 lbs. Ability to walk and stand 100% of shift Ability to work over-time as required including weekends when needed
