STAFF:	2 full time PTAs, 3 PRN PTAs, 1 full time PT, 2 PRN PTs
EMR:	NETHEALTH
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	8-9 daily treatments; this may vary if there are new evals during a given day 85% productivity expectation
SCHEDULE:	Typically Mon-Fri 8a-5p
ADDITIONAL INFO:	Direct client ready to interview/offer quickly
