Position Summary:
The Spray Painter / Paint Line Operator is responsible for applying finishes to parts using spray painting equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. This role involves handling materials, monitoring paint application, and maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Main Duties:

• Operate spray painting equipment to apply finishes to parts
• Hang parts on overhead conveyors manually or using a hoist
• Monitor paint quality, prevent defects, and minimize waste
• Inspect materials and report defects or equipment issues to supervisor
• Clean and maintain paint line equipment
• Complete assigned work within required timelines
• Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to kneel, bend, and use step ladders or stools
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
