Position Summary:
The Production Operator / Finishing Technician is responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment while performing finishing processes such as deburring, buffing, and polishing materials. This role ensures products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Main Duties:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Deburr, buff, and polish materials according to specifications
• Inspect materials for defects and report issues to supervisor
• Perform minor equipment maintenance as needed
• Complete work on time while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow supervisor instructions and company safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for the entire shift
• Ability to kneel, bend, and use ladders or stools
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime as needed
